Kristine (KY) has over 30 year’s experience working as a registered Architect, predominantly in the realms of Residential and Hospitality.

Kristine worked in the Design and Management side within high end Architectural Practices in Australia for the first part of her career, more recently and over the past 15 years she left Bronte to pursue a more hands on involvement in the profession to work solely on the successful delivery and management of projects in the UAE, India, Indonesia and now Saudi Arabia concentrating on Design Management, Co-ordination and Project Management, specifically in the discipline of 4 and 5 Star hotels.

Having an accomplished history of Design, Kristine made the transition to Construction Project delivery working and collaborating with some of the most successful and leading Design firms in Hospitality. Kristine has formed a very strong network within the Industry. She enjoys numerous collaborations with Designers and Consultants in many areas of the globe.

Kristine’s attention to detail, Client satisfaction guarantee, dedication to a Project, and work ethic are second to none.

Kristine’s ability to direct and Manage Consultant Teams has awarded her a reputation within the Industry as a much sought after Design Management driver on the most challenging Projects.

Returning home in 2014, Kristine was head hunted to carry out a role based on Hayman Island with One & Only Resorts to assist in the opening of the newly re-branded, refurbished luxury Hotel.

In 2017 after the advent of cyclone Debbie, Kristine was engaged initially as one of the specialty consultants to carry out the insurance report relating to the damage of the Back of house areas and infrastructure buildings, which lead to her involvement in the re-building of the island in the capacity of Architect and Designer engaged to design and document all the staff village accommodation and auxiliary areas  (Corner store, Bar, Diner), in addition to the front of house areas including the upgrade of the SPA, Marina Building, Beach Villas and Retreats, and the Architectural and Interior Design and Documentation of the new build of the premium property ‘Beach House’ on the Island and presently continues to be a design consultant on various projects on the island. At present, Kristine has been appointed as design director for a PMC for the delivery of a palace refurbishment and hotel development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
